Efpalinos Consulting Llc is a transportation, planning and engineering consulting company based in Paphos, Cyprus which was established in June 2013 and is registered with the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) since July 2014. The company "Efpalinos Consulting Llc" was emerged, from the limited partnership "Efpalinos Meletitiki" and "Zavrides Consulting" engineering practices. Efpalinos Consulting Llc undertook the projects and everyday works of both "Efpalinos Meletitiki" and "Zavrides Consulting" with the same staff and the same quality of services provided as in the last twenty-five creative years.

The limited partnership Efpalinos Meletitiki was founded and then registered with the Registrar of Companies in June 1996 and Zavrides Consulting engineering practice was registered with the Registrar of Companies in June 1994 with main purpose to provide full range of Civil Engineering Consulting services especially in road design and construction, traffic impact assessment and traffic management studies, design of surface drainage systems and re- engineering of open public areas. Structural design and building supervision, seismic engineering, damage restoration, feasibility studies and Environmental Impact Assessment Studies are also undertaken both for the public and the private sector in Cyprus.

Efpalinos Consulting Llc, as an independent consulting firm (or in collaboration with specialized external associates when needed) have so far successfully carried out many projects for several Community Councils, Municipalities, District Administrations, Governmental Departments and Ministries. Clients also have been private institutions and land development companies throughout Cyprus. As a firm, we pride ourselves on our high percentage of repeat clients who select Efpalinos Consulting Llc for their planning and engineering needs.

In addition to technical consulting services, we also have significant involvement in European research and implementation programs in the fields of road safety and sustainable development.

Civil Engineering

Upgrade of "Tombs of the Kings" Ave in Paphos to a dual two lane mainstreet with central reserve. Total length of 5.2 kms and cost of construction of €12m appr.Employer: Public Works Department, 2005-2010.

Roads & Infrastructure Design

Upgrade of the existing old Paphos – Lemesos Road (B6) at Ha Potami area in a promenade road introducing traffic calming measures, cycle routes and pedestrian facilities. Total length of 1.2 kms and cost of construction of €4m appr. Employer: Venus Rock Estates Ltd, 2011-2013.

Transportation Engineering

Master plan for the upgrade of the existing Emba – Tala road including street lighting, pavements and cycle routes and upgrade of all services. Total length of 3,4 kms and cost of construction of €4m appr. Employer: Emba Community Board, 2008-2012. Employer: Venus Rock Estates Ltd, 2011-2013.

Traffic Engineering & Road Safety

Upgrade of "Pefkou" road in Lakatamia, Lefkosia introducing traffic calming measures. Total length of 1.2 kms and cost of construction of €1.5m appr. Employer: Lakatamia Municipality, 2007-2010 Employer: Emba Community Board, 2008-2012. Employer: Venus Rock Estates Ltd, 2011-2013.

Parking Consulting

Public parking places included in the regeneration of all the public open spaces of the village of Kolossi, Lemesos and its neighbouring archaeological sites. Urban Design & Regeneration

Dromolaxia communal park. A public parking place for 109 cars, a playground of 800 m2, an open amphitheatre for 500 people, green areas and facilities are included.
